Owner/Licensed Inspector, David (“Dave”) Smith personally performs every inspection, giving you the peace of mind of knowing exactly who will be inspecting your home. Experience you can trust.
Commitment: DCS Home Inspections is committed to providing accurate, easy to understand information, so you can make informed
decisions about your home.
A detailed inspection report will be emailed to the client within 12–24 hours of the inspection—often much sooner.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (Weekends available upon request)
Price: $400.00 (up to 3000 sq ft)
Homes Over 3000 sq ft, call for Quote.
Payment Due and Payable at the Time of Inspection Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash Accepted.
Optional Service: Termite Inspection
For added convenience, if needed, we can coordinate a termite inspection to be scheduled through an independent, licensed company at the same time as your home inspection.
Pricing typically ranges from $95–$135, depending on size and distance.
Note: DCS is not affiliated with the termite inspection provider.
